## About the role

Evaluate, select, and finalize the core tooling stack for the Development organization, balancing team workflows, cost, and long-term scalability Stand up data management practices and infrastructure for the Development org, including data governance, source-of-truth definitions, and integration between systems of record

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in business systems, data/reporting operations, or program management, ideally supporting a real estate, construction, or infrastructure development team
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts—enough to write basic queries and evaluate a Data Engineer’s work
- Experience managing or closely partnering with a Data Engineer or similar technical resource
- Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, or administering platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet, SiteTracker, Databricks)
- A genuine passion for data, metrics, and dashboards, with hands-on experience building reporting in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet Dashboards
