## About the role

Develop and manage end-to-end project business plans for hyperscale data center initiatives, including site due diligence, planning, marketing, and lifecycle management Implement and manage centralized project tracking systems and reporting tools, while standardizing workflows for task orders, approvals, and documentation; drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, real estate, or related field, Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields
- Technical understanding of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (e.g., network connectivity, data centers, hardware, software)
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases, and communicating results across the organization
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
