## About the role

Lead, direct, and manage consultants in design of transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure from concept to energization to support Rowan critical capacity. Identify risks during all stages of the project lifecycle As a technical SME, mold design, project scope, design schedule, and deliverables to meet client and Rowan requirements

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 6+ years’ experience in design and delivery of transmission, substation and distribution infrastructure, or an applicable adjacent industry
- Experience delivering complex electrical projects through design, construction, commissioning, and operation
- Experience working with external stakeholders including AHJ’s and utilities
- Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives at all levels of the organization
