## About the role

Own and update multiple schedules of projects ranging across the United States Consult with project managers (PMs), Construction Managers, General Contractors, and technical leads to set up project baseline schedules, critical path analysis, project planning and forecasting, progress validation based on assignments, tasks, and subtasks

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrable experience with managing the schedules of multiple complex, multi-phased projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Procore and other construction management software
- Advanced proficiency with using MS Project and Primavera P6 (such as project updates, maintaining a baseline, analyzing float and variance, logic checks, reports, coding, layout resources, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
