## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities, data center operations, commissioning, or construction
- Strong understanding of data center MEP systems and integrated systems testing
- Direct experience supporting or leading commissioning activities from an owner/operator perspective for electrical, mechanical, controls, or integrated mission-critical systems
- Ability to interpret construction documents, electrical single-line diagrams, and control sequences
- Experience transitioning facilities from construction to live operations
