## About the role

Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center tenant fit-out and customer deployment projects Provide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth and development across project coordination and delivery activities

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience managing or supporting projects in data center construction, tenant fit-outs, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale commercial construction
- Experience managing customer-facing fit-out or tenant improvement projects within operational or shell data center environments
- Strong understanding of MEP systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, and structured cabling coordination
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
