## About the role

Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects Provide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth, development of project management skills, and increasing responsibility across project coordination and delivery activities

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience managing or supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with project management and document control software is a plus (Procore, P6)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
