## About the role

We're looking for a Founding GTM Recruiter to own hiring across sales, marketing, customer success, and business operations as we scale our GTM engine. You will partner closely with our founders to build the team selling into the world's top investment firms. Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including GTM leadership, account executives, sales engineers, customer success, marketing, and business operations

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong track record hiring GTM talent: sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations
- Deep understanding of what great enterprise sellers look like, including the ability to evaluate quota attainment, deal complexity, and sales methodology in a screen
- Experience recruiting at seed or early-stage startups where you wore multiple hats and moved fast
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or other regulated enterprise markets is a strong plus
- Proven ability to source and close exceptional talent in competitive markets through direct outreach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to personally sell candidates on our opportunity
