## About the role

We're looking for a new member of our People team who loves all things People! This HRBP role sits within the HR Business Partner team, supporting the Corporate Functions (Finance, Accounting, IT, Infosec and Legal) and Marketing client groups. You'll partner closely with Senior HR Business Partners to deliver a world class day-to-day experience for employees and managers, with a strong focus on employee relations and building the coaching capability of our first-line and mid-level managers.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with some generalist or HRBP exposure
- Experience handling employee relations matters and coaching first-line and mid-level managers through people challenges
- Foundational experience supporting performance and compensation cycles, manager coaching, or learning & development programs
- Working knowledge of basic labor law concepts
- Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable partnering with managers at multiple levels, peers, and cross-functional HR teams
- Experience working in or with a global/distributed team environment
