## About the role

You'll own GTM AI end to end and are accountable for its outcomes, building agents and internal products that carry the work in production alongside GTM leaders, engineers, and sellers. You don't just use tools. You treat AI as a high-trust collaborator, core to how you solve problems. You're low-ego, thrive in fast-moving environments, and test emerging capabilities to find simpler, more powerful ways to deliver.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years across product management, building and managing GTM systems in enterprise, or a body of work that speaks louder than the year count
- A track record of shipping production AI/ML products, both generative and agentic, knowing where the model earned its keep and where it didn't
- Real transformation at scale in fast-moving environments, with impact you can point to in revenue operations
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, seller pain points, and the technology ecosystem that supports them (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, CPQ)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to to pitch product strategy to Executive leadership(including C-Suite)
