## About the role

Rubrik Professional Services is looking for a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and help shape the future of our delivery practice. In this role, you will be customer-facing, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a Professional Services or Consulting organization
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Proven experience building or scaling PMO governance models supported by AI, standard delivery methodologies, and project health tracking processes
- Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior to mid-level project managers
- Expert knowledge of modern project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) as well as Google Workspace
