## About the role

Rubrik is seeking an innovative and strategic Services Engineering Leader to lead the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for creating, packaging, and launching high-value services that accelerate our customers' time-to-value for the entire Rubrik product portfolio.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 8–10+ years of direct experience in Service New Product Introduction (NPI), Services Productization, or Solution Engineering within a global SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cyber Resilience company
- Services Portfolio Expertise: Proven track record of taking complex enterprise technology services from initial concept to global field execution
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations, particularly with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services
- Executive Presence: Experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership (VP level and above), with a track record of driving strategic initiatives
- Technical & Strategic Aptitude: Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks, enabling effective technical alignment with Engineering leadership
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, equivalent practical experience welcomed
