## About the role

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented compliance professional to support and strengthen our Compliance program. The Compliance Manager will report to the Director of Compliance and be instrumental in supporting the company’s day-to-day compliance needs. This role will focus on providing compliance advisory support to business stakeholders, independently performing compliance investigations, assisting with auditing and monitoring activities, and advancing policy governance and development.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, including policy development, regulatory interpretation, and program implementation
- 3+ years conducting or supporting compliance reviews and investigations
- Experience collaborating with business and other key stakeholders (i.e. Legal) on compliance concerns and risks
- Strong and concise communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidance, OIG compliance program guidance, and other applicable federal and state healthcare laws
