## About the role

Day-to-day, you will lead analyses to help develop product features that address key consumer pain points, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Data Engineers. You will lead a dedicated data science team tasked with analyzing business and product performance, as well as designing and conducting experiments, and contributing to product planning.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of related professional experience
- Bachelor (or higher) degree with background in Data Science Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or other quantitative fields
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, supporting multiple ends of a business with analytical recommendations (i.e. Sales, Clinical Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.)
- Solid people management experience, building and leading teams and developing talent
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, strong data storytelling
- Deep experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing
