## About the role

At Rula, we’re on a mission to make mental health care more accessible by streamlining the path for Providers to begin seeing patients as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a Sr. Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the systems that support our rapid growth.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience within the healthcare setting, working with or for health insurance plans, networks, or credentialing verification organizations
- 2+ years of experience enrolling providers with regional or national payers
- Experience working collaboratively across teams cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider Success)
- Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing new processes into easy-to-understand documentation
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and CRM / ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software (e.g., Airtable, Certify)
