- 4+ years of related professional experience
- Experience building distributed and event driven systems
- Experience with microservice development
- Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in AI assisted development tools and frameworks. Able to leverage AI assisted coding tools to improve velocity and automate boilerplate tasks while setting and maintaining the right quality guardrails
- Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns
