## About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to guide how Rula grows. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Product and Clinical Operations teams to shape patient retention strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and drive strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis, within a complex healthcare services marketplace. You'll be responsible for turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
- Demonstrated track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis
- Deep understanding of key unit economics metrics, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses
- Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience building granular financial models to ingest and analyze complex datasets (e.g., using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools)
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners
