## About the role

We're looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher (Sr. UXR) to help us understand and improve the journey from first considering mental healthcare to finding the right care and successfully getting started.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of UX Research experience , with demonstrated strength across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research and the ability to select the right approach based on the decision at hand
- High degree of ownership: Demonstrated ability to independently build and lead a research program, from identifying opportunities and framing problems through research execution, synthesis, and influencing product decisions
- Product & Funnel Impact: Experience researching and improving acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, or other critical product journeys, with a track record of translating research into measurable product impact
- Strategic problem framing: Ability to turn ambiguous business and product questions into clear, decision-oriented research plans that help teams answer “build, don’t build, or what should we build?”
- Cross-functional influence: Proven ability to partner effectively with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and other stakeholders, build alignment around research implications, and influence decisions without direct authority
- Strong communication: Ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences, including senior stakeholders
