## About the role

Ruma Care is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as we scale. We’re looking for a consulting / banking / private equity / startup type to join us in person as we scale. You will own some of the most important projects in the company across GTM, sales, operations, finance, fundraising, and special projects.
