- 3+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or a revenue-owning marketing role, with a demonstrable track record of driving ARR
- Running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns and being able to point to the pipeline and ARR they generated
- Standing up or scaling a referral or affiliate program
- Building co-branded collateral and running co-op or manufacturer joint campaigns (e-blasts, webinars, one-pagers, magazine placements)
- Hands-on with Salesforce: accounts, contacts, campaigns, and how pipeline is tracked and attributed
