## About the role

We're hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our R&D teams: Engineering, Data Science, and Product. You'll run searches end to end, from the first intake conversation through the close, and help us build a hiring motion that keeps pace with a company growing this fast. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our Head of Talent and partner directly with our CTO and Head of Data Science, with plenty of room to make the role your own.

## What they're looking for

- You don't need to check every box. If a lot of this sounds like you, we'd love to talk
- You've spent 2 to 4 years recruiting , agency or in-house, with real time spent on technical roles (engineering, data, or product)
- You've run searches end to end , or you're ready to: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing, not just one slice of the funnel
- You give candidates an experience they remember, and you keep your word on the small things (follow-ups, timelines, feedback)
- You're organized enough to run several searches at once without letting anything slip
- You take real ownership and like figuring things out without a lot of process to lean on
