## About the role

As Head of Mission Success , you will lead the deployment of Rune products and lead all aspects of programmatic execution for the company. You will be responsible for programmatic timelines, synchronization across efforts, staffing, and coordination across cloud and edge environments with customers from the Joint Force and allied nations.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 10 years of experience serving in the US military, service in logistics or sustainment leadership roles preferred
- Possess an understanding of software development, and the unique deployment and accreditation aspects of building and operationalizing software within the military
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior leadership
- Ability to lead a cross-disciplinary team, and interface with other teams across Engineering, Product, and Growth
- Willingness to travel 25-50% to support program objectives and customer engagements
