## About the role

Work side-by-side with our customers to understand their unique challenges and represent the customer as you work with the Rune engineering team to shape product development. Collaborate cross-functionally with Rune engineering, product, business development and executive teams to ensure each team is engaged and working towards customer success.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior leadership
- Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, product, operations and growth
- Willingness to travel 25-50% to support program objectives and customer engagements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
