This is a hands-on, systems-first role for someone who has built practical GTM infrastructure in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations working with fast paced companies
- Hands-on experience deploying AI into GTM systems. You’ve built an AI-powered GTM stack that scales
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Deep comprehension of the business motions across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and the judgment to know where technology and AI can move the needle for each
- You've owned the full architecture across Marketing / Sales platforms (Hubspot)
