Build tooling, extensions, and plugins that improve the developer experience on Runpod, and instrument them so the impact is measurable. Success means shipped tools with real adoption that reduce friction and drive downstream product usage. Deliver talks at developer and AI developer conferences, and build relationships with organizers and attendees.

## What they're looking for

- Experience writing code in Python, JavaScript, or Go
- Experience as a software engineer
- Technically credible, able to build and demo real things on the platform and hold a deep technical conversation without a script
- Experience creating technical content such as demos, docs, tutorials, or sample apps — for a developer audience
- Track record of building integrations or contributing to open-source projects within an ecosystem (ML/AI frameworks, SDKs, tooling)
- Comfortable working with high autonomy, identifying gaps or friction points and shipping fixes without waiting for direction
