## About the role

You'll be our first operations hire, working in person in San Francisco with Carlos, Gus, and our founding engineers. We sell a platform that helps ops teams do more with fewer people, so we run our own company the same way. We dogfood Runtime heavily, and you'll build internal agents for every part of our operations instead of hiring around each new problem. You'll also own the customer experience, which means you'll see firsthand what our customers' ops teams deal with and help shape the product around it. ## What they're looking for

- Experience in operations, customer success, or support at a fintech, payments company, bank, or other financial institution
- Hands-on use of coding agents and AI tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable building things yourself
- Comfort working with customers at every level, from an ops analyst to a COO or CFO
- A strong bias to automate the second time you do something by hand
- Comfort with ambiguity and moving fast on a small team, in person in SF
