## About the role

*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate. Runway Enterprise is a complete solution for enterprises, offering out-of-the-box creative tools, a generative media developer platform, model licensing, and forward-deployed creatives and researchers that embed directly within enterprises.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in product marketing , including time leading PMM for a winning enterprise product at meaningful scale. You’ll bring a track record of work that moved business metrics and grew new verticals (not just launches & messaging that you shipped)
- Core & Vertical expertise. You’re comfortable leading product positioning exercises at the executive level. You come with a proven track record of industry/vertical product marketing, including defining, developing, and launching new verticals
- Exceptional positioning and narrative craft. You can take research concepts and technical products and make them land for a discerning, professional audience. You create sharp positioning, ad creative, and launch stories (and you can write them yourself)
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate toward shipping today (not writing docs for tomorrow)
- Sharp competitive instincts. You track markets closely, form a real point of view on where to win, and translate it into product and messaging decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges, and articulate your plans to solve them
