## About the role

We're looking for a YouTube Creator & Educator to build and own our YouTube channel. You'll be on-screen, behind the camera, in the edit and in the tools, teaching filmmakers, advertisers and storytellers how to do real things with generative AI. This isn't a talking head in front of slides. You'll show people how to make a real ad, cut a real short film or build a real production workflow using Runway's full media toolkit, and you'll own everything from concept to publish.

## What they're looking for

- Required: An active YouTube channel or substantial body of published long-form video work
- Expert editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent), plus filmmaking fundamentals. You know how to shoot, light and direct, even simply
- Advanced hands-on Runway experience and fluency with other generative AI video tools
- A point of view on filmmaking, advertising or visual storytelling that comes through in the work, and the instinct to teach it without losing the audience
- The ability to run the full production cycle alone, without a crew
- Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates
