## About the role

- A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing proficiency, and visual aesthetic
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, with motion design skills in After Effects or a similar tool
- Ability to engage viewers within the first three seconds and sustain their interest
- Skill in transforming extensive recordings into concise, compelling narratives
- Understanding of how music, silence, sound effects, and pacing influence emotion
- Comfortable integrating AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, and ElevenLabs into the creative workflow
