## About the role

You own a customer end to end from the engineering side. You join calls with customers, watch where Aidan could improve inside their product, and find the technical breakthroughs: sometimes in the customer's configuration, sometimes in the tooling, and sometimes in the agent itself. You work in a pair with a Deployment Strategist who owns the customer's context and journeys; you own everything that needs code.

## What they're looking for

- Strong software engineer, comfortable across backend, browser automation, and LLM-based systems
- You like working directly with customers and leading technical discussions when necessary
- You have shipped at a startup or as a founder, or have been in a forward deployed or solutions role
- Bonus: hands-on agent, prompt, or evaluation work, experience with voice or realtime systems
