## What they're looking for

- Plan, execute, optimize, and iterate on integrated demand generation campaigns across all channels to drive qualified pipeline
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with industry media partners, publications, and sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand reach and lead quality
- Coordinate with Marketing Ops on campaign operations end-to-end in HubSpot—workflows, nurture sequences, landing pages, forms, and reporting
- Plan, organize, and run hosted webinars supporting demand generation and customer success
- Own campaign budgets and performance: track spend, report against KPIs, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Maintain the campaign calendar and proactively flag risks, opportunities, and conflicts
