## About the role

SafeRide Health is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Compliance Counsel to support the continued growth and maturation of our enterprise compliance program. Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance, this role will serve as a key advisor on healthcare regulatory matters while helping build scalable compliance infrastructure that supports SafeRide’s Medicaid and Medicare Advantage operations nationwide.

## What they're looking for

- * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- * Active bar license in good standing
- * 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, healthcare compliance, or a related regulatory role
- * Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
- * Experience supporting audits, investigations, corrective action plans, and risk assessments
- * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
