We serve the largest Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and provider programs in the country. We are a Series C company at approximately $750M in annual run rate with 300+ employees, growing quickly and, unusually for this stage, meaningfully profitable. That last part matters more than it sounds: it means we can build for the long term rather than sprint toward the next raise, and it means the decisions you help make here have real money attached to them.

## What they're looking for

- Own a domain of company performance: its diagnosis, its roadmap, its realized value, and the executive relationship that goes with it
- Frame problems the business has not yet articulated, converting executive concern into a structured, decision-ready agenda
- Lead priority setting across S&O and adjacent operating teams, resolving competing executive demands without escalating each one
- Set analytical standards for the team, and be the person trusted to arbitrate contested numbers with Finance and the executive team
- Move executive conversations from discussion to decision, and broker agreement between leaders who have been stuck
- Build management rhythms and standards (cadences, systems, tooling, documentation) that outlast individual projects
