- Demonstrated proficiency sourcing for engineering roles, including hardware (mechanical, electrical, firmware), manufacturing, production, field engineering, product development, and operations
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
