## What they're looking for

- 1 Year: Drive strategic technical vision and operational maturity for the team, champion innovation in AI-assisted development and engineering practices, and sustain high team engagement, retention, and performance
- Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong track record of designing, building, and operating cloud-scale systems
- 3+ years of experience building, leading, and managing high-performing software engineering teams
- Strong technical background in modern software development (e.g., .Net distributed systems, event-driven microservices architecture, and AWS)
- Knowledge of front end frameworks such as Angular
