## About the role

This role owns the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel and will develop insights from the data to make recommendations to improve sales performance.

## What they're looking for

- Ensure the optimization and adoption of tools, both new and existing for various teams
- Develop reporting and dashboards. Including standardized views for Forecasting, Pipeline management, and Activity management
- Analyze activities and metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement solutions for increased funnel conversion
- Provide insights and analysis to help sales prioritize leads and accounts, and drive process improvement throughout the funnel for our new business and growth teams
- Responsible for process development, adoption and refinement. This includes engaging with various stakeholders to get feedback to drive improvements and continuously challenge the status quo
- Partner with other leaders to build out support infrastructure
