## About the role

We’re hiring Senior Product Managers to join Marshall. You will own one or more product areas end to end, working directly with engineering, design, implementation, customers, and company leadership. Scope will reflect the needs of each area: a large 0-to-1 platform or workflow may require a PM's full attention, while mature or closely related products may be owned together.

- • You've owned meaningful enterprise product areas end to end and can adjust your operating depth to the complexity of the problem
- • You've shipped 0-to-1 products from an ambiguous operational problem through production adoption
- • You go to the source. You'll travel, sit beside lender operators, and learn real workflows, exceptions, and workarounds

- • You can reason about integrations, data models, workflow state, permissions, migrations, auditability, and source-of-truth boundaries
- • You form a product opinion and know what to standardize, configure, or decline
