## About the role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join a lean, high-impact RevOps team and help us scale smarter. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll support the full GTM organization — Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — keeping data clean, processes running smoothly, and leadership equipped with the insights they need to make confident decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Salesforce proficiency at an admin level, certification is a plus
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, Planhat, Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and LeanData
- Familiarity with deal desk workflows including pricing, quoting, and contract review
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly, proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: ARR, NRR, pipeline velocity, sales cycle length, and funnel conversion
