## About the role

Most days you're on the warehouse floor: receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, keeping the dock moving, and jumping in wherever a member needs an extra set of hands. The pace picks up as the season goes on, and no two days look exactly alike. You'll work alongside a supportive team that keeps things fun even when it's busy.

## What they're looking for

- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific member requests with care
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment during the busy season
- Enthusiasm for supporting small businesses and getting involved in hands-on work
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus, but not required
