## About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Science Manager to be the analytical backbone of our marketing content engine. In this role, you will translate data into the insights, narratives, and proof points that fuel everything from campaign creative and thought leadership to sales enablement and executive storytelling. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, insights, business intelligence, or a closely related discipline, ideally with at least some of that time spent supporting a content, brand, or demand gen team
- Strong SQL skills and fluency with at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Hex)
- Comfort working in spreadsheets at a power-user level, plus exposure to Python or R for deeper analysis is a plus
- Hands-on experience with the modern marketing data stack: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot), web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), and customer data platforms
- A track record of turning data into narratives, you can point to reports, decks, or campaigns where your insights drove the story
- Strong written and visual communication skills, you know the difference between a chart that informs and a chart that lands
