## What they're looking for

- Professional experience in backend software engineering, specifically in SaaS or artificial intelligence applications
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- This is an in-person position. You will work full-time out of our office in Lehi, Utah
- Experience working in Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Active participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
