## About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Legal Operations Specialist (AI & Automation) with exceptional project management skills to join our dynamic legal operations team. This is a technical role that will help design, improve, and scale the operational workflows that support the entire Legal team, with a focus on establishing and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. This role will also drive the integration of AI across the Legal team’s workflows and processes.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of in relevant operations/analytical/technical work, with experience at a technology or SaaS company
- Proven ability to build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, comfort working with data and presenting insights to leadership
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI models/tools
