## About the role

Samsara is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Core Infrastructure team. This team builds and operates the foundational compute, networking, storage, and cloud systems behind Samsara’s products. Core Infrastructure is central to the availability, scalability, security, and efficiency of our platform.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including 2+ years directly managing software or infrastructure engineers
- Experience leading, developing, and raising the performance of an established engineering team
- A strong technical background in production infrastructure, cloud platforms, or distributed systems at scale
- A track record of leading complex technical initiatives and translating strategy into measurable results
- Strong communication, technical judgment, and the ability to create alignment across teams
