## About the role

This position is for a Diffusion/Implant Chamber Equipment Engineer that will support equipment and process capabilities of rapid thermal processing (RTP) equipment including Flash and Laser annealing. In this job, you will be a part of a team that focuses on maintaining basic condition and stable processing of state of the art anneal chambers while driving improvements related to quality, efficiency, defect reduction, and cost of ownership. ## What they're looking for

- BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
- 5+ years of semi-conductor experience highly desired with knowledge of Anneal chambers preferred
- Familiarity with Veeco/Ultratech LSA 100A/101/201, Mattson Millios Flash Anneal, AMAT Vantage-Astra DSA, Brooks/SEMES Wafer Sorters preferred
- 300mm Diffusion/Implant Anneal Experience highly desired
- Experience with 300mm Flash/Laser Anneal equipment management highly desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
