## About the role

T1 Manufacturing Quality & Reliability (MQR) Engineer plays a critical role in various qualification processes for new Samsung Taylor FAB and in ensuring that new technologies/products being introduced meet all quality and reliability requirements prior to starting volume mass production.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Mathematics or related field required
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes device physics, and failure analysis techniques
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies: SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D problem-solving, and statistical analysis
- Understanding of industry standards and customer requirements in semiconductors (e.g., automotive, consumer, data center)
- Working knowledge of process integration, yield and/or various fab processes (i.e., thin films deposition, lithography, etch, diffusion etc.)
