## About the role

The Marketing Events Manager sits at the intersection of our go-to-market and marketing efforts , creating the operating cadence, expertise, and infrastructure that enable a coherent company-wide events program. You will work closely with business-unit marketing liaisons, the Executive Office, Sales, and external partners to translate individual business strategies into high-impact events and thought-leadership opportunities.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing events, with demonstrated experience independently owning complex programs and delivering measurable business impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness and ability to travel for approximately 12 priority offsite events annually, with additional travel as business needs require
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Business-forward and analytical mindset, with the ability to establish appropriate measures of success, interpret performance data, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership
- Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines and translating brand, thought leadership, customer, and demand-generation objectives into effective event strategies
