The AI Simulation (AISim) division at SandboxAQ is redefining what’s possible at the frontiers of science through AI-powered simulation. Our AQChemSim and AQBioSim businesses apply quantitative AI and scientific computing to complex challenges across biopharma, chemicals, advanced materials, energy, and beyond.The AISim Marketing team brings the same quantitative rigor to go-to-market, building the systems, programs, and insights that enable the business to scale.

## What they're looking for

- Hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation experience, including campaign structures, reporting, lifecycle management, and platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
- Demonstrated experience building or improving multi-touch attribution, funnel measurement, lead scoring, pipeline reporting, and lead-to-revenue processes
- Proven ability to build in a greenfield or highly ambiguous environment, taking ownership from strategy through implementation rather than simply defining requirements
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate go-to-market questions into clear metrics, reporting, and actionable recommendations for Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Product
- Experience using SQL to query, join, and analyze data across multiple sources
- Basic Python or scripting experience for automation, data wrangling, or workflow optimization
