## About the role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build the machine behind Sapien's go-to-market. While our BDR owns conversations, you own the system: the infrastructure, automation, channels, and experiments that make every part of our GTM motion faster, smarter, and more repeatable.

## What they're looking for

- Builder mentality. You'd rather design the system than run someone else's playbook. You see gaps and fill them without being asked
- 2–4+ years of experience in growth, RevOps, consulting, banking, or early-stage startups. You've built systems that other people rely on
- Process-obsessed & technically fluent. You build clean systems — CRM hygiene, dashboards, documented workflows. You don't let things slip through cracks. You don't need engineering to ship most of what you build
- AI-native. You use AI tools daily and you're energized by what's possible. You'll be expected to leverage AI across your workflows
- High agency. You operate with speed and urgency in ambiguous environments. You don't wait for permission — you identify what's next and do it
