## About the role

This is a rare opportunity to build the growth engine for a category-defining infrastructure company — from scratch, at the moment it matters most. The ideal candidate is a sharp, execution-oriented marketer who’s fluent in both developer audiences and performance channels, and who thrives when the playbook doesn’t exist yet. You’ll own the full acquisition and retention loop — from first impression to activated user — partnering closely with the Head of Marketing to define how Sapiom shows up in the world.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated track record growing developer-facing or API-first products — with a genuine understanding of how technical buyers discover, evaluate, and adopt infrastructure tools
- Hands-on experience running demand gen and paid acquisition programs with measurable results — not just oversight, but direct ownership of strategy, spend, and iteration
- Strong content and SEO instincts — able to build an editorial calendar, write or direct compelling technical content, and understand how to earn organic distribution in a technical niche
- Experience building community or developer presence — whether through events, Discord, social, or co-marketing with ecosystem partners
- Early-stage startup experience — comfortable operating without established systems, defining the function as much as executing it
- Fintech, payments, or developer tools background — meaningful context for the infrastructure layer Sapiom is building and the audiences it serves
