## About the role

We are seeking a talented and organized IT Intern who will support the tools and systems managed by IT Operations. This is a hands-on experience, which will allow you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to the systems and infrastructure in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

## What they're looking for

- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- • Basic ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, with comfort in at least one operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
- • Excellent communication with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- • A great customer experience mindset
- • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks
- • Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus
